Located along Longmont, Colorado’s historic Main Street, this 8,000 square foot retail building, built on a pad site, was designed to fit within its traditional urban context while expressing a contemporary image. The building shell, designed to house a Chipotle’s Mexican Grill, was given an industrial feel by incorporating exposed trusses and metal exterior canopies and detailing.
